Plural, Singular, Pronouns. Where appropriate, the use of the singular herein shall include and be deemed to be the plural and the use of the plural herein shall include and be deemed to be the singular, and pronouns shall be read as masculine, feminine, or neuter as the context requires.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York County, Florida, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website.
